Texting is an easy and accessible way to start a conversation with someone you love. So, you must know how to text your crush. Calling all the time can make you seem overly anxious, and following your crush around can make you look like a stalker! Texting is discreet and much less nerve-wracking than face-to-face conversations or phone calls. So take a deep breath, sit, relax, gather your courage, and start texting.
Get your lover’s phone number.
The best time to do this is when you’re in the middle of an excellent conversation. Enter the request casually and make it sound like external pressure.
Say something simple, like, “Hey, why don’t we swap cell numbers?”
The moment after exchanging a phone number can be a little awkward. Make sure that you don’t miss a beat. Keep the conversation flowing so that the number exchange seems entirely natural.

Before you send your first message, plan what you are going to say or what you want to achieve by the end of the conversation.

Text your crush and ask, “How do you feel about school today?”
